DERBY DAY : Preview by Phil Bird

It’s derby day on Saturday. At the Brooks Foundation Ground, Lowerhouse entertain Burnley. Just one point separates the fierce rivals with the visitors just ahead in second place, The visitors have engaged Leicestershire’s Chris Wright as their sub professional. In the Second Division, pacesetters Colne host Nelson. 
It’s the Worsley Cup final on Sunday with Darwen having home advantage against Todmorden. 
There is also a derby in the Ribblesdale League on Saturday with Read hosting Padiham at Whalley Road.
